Soup Recipes
Vegetable Soup
2 pounds soup meat
1/2 cup diced onions
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 cup barley
1 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
salt
pepper
Cook soup meat in water for 1 hour. Add vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook for about 30 minutes until vegetables are done. Salt and pepper to taste.
Egg Soup
3 cups water
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
Boil water and add caraway seeds. Beat egg and quickly add to the boiling water. Brown the flour in butter and add to soup to thicken.
