Salmon Recipes
Salmon Mousse
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups cold water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 lb can salmon
1 cup chopped cucumber
Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water. Heat to disolve. Cool and then combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Chill until slightly thickened. Add in salmon and cucumber. Pour into individual serving containers. Chill until firm.
Salmon Justin
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 lb can salmon
2 drops Tobasco
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup cliced stuffed olives
Brown onions in butter. Add mushrooms, soup and seasonings. Stir until smooth. Gradually add evaporated milk, olives and salmon. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
