Reuben Sandwichs
Reuban Sandwich Recipe
2 slices rye bread
butter
1 slice swiss cheese
deli sliced corned beaf
sauerkraut
Thousand Island dressing
Butter 1 side of each slice of rye bread. Place one side butter side down in skillet. Add corned beaf and swiss cheese. Place second slice over the swiss chees butter side up. Cook until each side is toasted. Remove from pan and add sauerkraut and thousand island dressing.
