Potato Recipes
Scalloped Potatos
4 cups thinly sliced potatos
2/3 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 tbsp margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups scalded milk
paprika
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Place a layer of potatos in a casserole. Add some onions on top. Sprinkle some of the flour, salt and pepper mix on top. Dot with some margarine or butter. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Pour the milk over the top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered at 375 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.
Potatos Parmesan
6 potatos
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup butter
Peel and slice potatos. Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese on top. Dot with butter. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes.
