Classic Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
4 cups uncooked macaroni
6 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups milk
6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cook the macaroni. Beat eggs lightly. Place the macaroni, butter, salt, pepper, eggs, milk, and 5 cups of cheddar cheese in a casserole dish. Cover and cook for 45 minutes at 350. Add the remaining cup of cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
