Chili Recipes
Home Style Chili
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 cup boiling water
4 cans red kidney beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
Heat oil in a dutch oven. Saute onions and green peppers. Add cooked ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for one hour.
Italian Style Chili
4 tbsp vegetable oil

1 1/2 cup boiling water
4 cans chili beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chili powder
1 small can of tomato paste
2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
Heat oil in a dutch oven. Saute onions and green peppers. Add cooked ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly for one hour.
